Benchmark ISO 18295-1

We asked Virginie to compare the practices of our Customer Relationship Centres to ISO 18295-1. First, Virginie has shown a greatability to integrate with our teams and get them involved in this study. Our employees felt completely confident and at ease and were happy to share t their experiences very openlys. Then, the synthesis of the study was pragmatic, based on factual elements and therefore not debatable. Finally, this approach has enabled us to implement an action plan to improve our practices and launch several key improvements  around topics such as Work Force Management, Monitoring, Certification.
